An hour of talk time is measured as 60 minutes of actual conversation between your AI agent and callers. Hold time, ringing, and silence are not counted. You only pay for the time your agent is actively speaking or listening.
Your agent will continue to answer calls without interruption. Additional hours are billed at $60/hour on the Scale plan. You will receive a notification when your included hours are running low so there are no surprises.
